Fifteen vessels,
twenty suppliers
A fleet that runs a different supplier in every port ends up with a different price for the same extinguisher, a different report format for the same inspection, and a compliance calendar that only exists in the superintendent's head.
When something is missed, nobody planned to miss it. The system made it likely. A fleet agreement replaces that with one price list, one calendar, one coordinator and one portal across every port we cover.

Start where it makes sense
Most clients begin with a single port call and move up when they see how much superintendent time the combined attendance returns.
Port Call
Single vessel, single port. The way most relationships with us start.
- One attendance, one coordinator, one report pack
- FFE, LSA and calibration combined where the schedule allows
- Ship supply delivered in the same attendance
- Fixed quotation before the job starts
- Digital certificates in the customer portal
- No commitment beyond the job
Fleet Agreement
A fleet under one price list, one calendar and one point of contact.
- Agreed price list valid across every port we cover
- Certificate and service due dates tracked for the whole fleet
- Planning proposal before each vessel's window closes
- Named coordinator for your technical department
- Consolidated monthly invoicing
- Portal access for the whole superintendent team
- Priority in peak periods

Frequently asked
How many vessels does it take?
Three or more in our range makes the fixed price list worth building. Below that, Port Call level gives you the same work without the framework.
Is the price fixed for a year?
At Fleet Agreement level and above, yes, for the agreed scope across every port we cover.
What happens to vessels trading outside your range?
They stay outside the agreement. We do not price ports we cannot reach, and we say so rather than subcontracting quietly.
Can supply be included?
Yes. IMPA ship supply can run on the same agreement and the same invoice.
