Who we are

We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Written questions about this policy can be sent to the contact address at the end of the page.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to quote for work, carry it out, invoice it and keep the records the regulation requires.

• Contact data: name, job title, company, email address, telephone number
• Vessel and job data: vessel name, IMO number, flag, class, port, dates and the equipment concerned
• Commercial data: quotations, purchase orders, service reports, certificates and invoices
• Portal data: account name, email address, login records and the documents issued to your fleet
• Website enquiries: details you choose to send by email. This HTML website does not include analytics or advertising trackers. External map providers receive ordinary connection information when maps load.
• Applicant data: the CV and the covering information you send us

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries and issue quotations; to plan and carry out service attendances and deliveries; to issue reports, certificates and invoices; to operate the customer portal; to meet statutory record-keeping obligations under class, flag and port state requirements; and to recruit.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business. Where consent is required, for example for non-essential cookies, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

Only where the work requires it:

• Classification societies, flag administrations and port state authorities, where the service or certificate requires their involvement
• Manufacturers and approved subcontractors, where an authorisation or a spare part comes from them
• Agents, forwarders and customs brokers, for delivery and port access
• Our IT, hosting and accounting providers, under written agreements

We do not transfer personal data outside Turkiye or the European Economic Area except where a delivery or attendance in another country requires it, and then only what that attendance requires.

How long we keep it

Service records, reports and certificates are kept for the period the governing regulation and our quality system require, and in any case for the life of the equipment cycle they relate to. Commercial records are kept for the statutory accounting period. Applicant data is kept for twelve months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Security

Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for their work. Customer portal access is arranged through our coordination team. Ask your coordinator to verify the source and current status of any service document.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent where consent was the basis.

Write to us at the address below. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country.

Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
