How a port call works with us

Built around the port call,
not the workshop

A vessel is in port for a fixed number of hours and every supplier wants a share of them. We plan the other way round: you give us the port and the window, we tell you what can be closed inside it and what has to wait for the next call.

  1. You send vessel, port, ETA and equipment list

We review your scope and confirm availability and quotation details.

  2. Our technicians board with what the job needs

Calibrated test equipment, spares and exchange units, so the job finishes in one visit.

  3. Work is done to SOLAS, the IMO circular, class rules and the maker's procedure

Anything condemned is documented with photographs.

  4. Service results and supporting documents are prepared

Documentation is coordinated with your technical team.

  5. Expiry dates are logged

Ask your coordinator about planning the next survey window.

Also available

Ship supply from our own warehouses

Safety equipment, technical stores, ship windows and wipers, marine chemicals, deck stores, marine valves and rubber solutions. IMPA coded and delivered alongside the service attendance, so there is one delivery to the gangway instead of four.
