Cookies and browser storage

This website does not install analytics or advertising trackers. We use your browser’s local storage to remember whether you allow external maps. The website does not set a first-party tracking cookie.

You can browse the service pages, search the port directory and prepare an email enquiry with optional maps switched off.

Essential preference storage

After you make a choice, a local record named ozmaritime-privacy stores the preference version, whether external maps are allowed, the time of your choice and an expiry time. This record is used only to apply your choice. It is not an advertising identifier and is not sent to OZ Maritime by this website.

Your choice lasts for up to 180 days. We ask again after it expires or the preference version changes. Clearing your browser’s site data also removes it. If storage is blocked, your choice applies to the current page only. Browsers may handle storage separately for pages opened directly from local HTML files.

Optional external maps

Interactive map backgrounds come from OpenStreetMap tile servers. We do not request those images until you accept optional features or enable external maps. Once enabled, the map provider receives connection information such as your IP address and the map images requested.

See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy for the provider’s practices. Map images may also be cached by your browser as part of ordinary browsing.

Changing your choice

Use Privacy settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Turning external maps off removes active maps and stops further map-image requests from this page. It cannot undo information already sent to the map provider or remove images already held in the browser cache.

Enquiries and external links

The enquiry form prepares an email using the information you enter. It does not send the enquiry automatically. Links to the customer portal, WhatsApp, directions or other websites open separate services with their own practices.
