we do ourselves
Hydrostatic testing, cylinder refilling, liferaft inflation, SCBA compressor work, breathing air analysis, valve overhaul and load test rigging all happen in our own facilities, with our own equipment, under our own procedures.
Subcontracting is where the chain of evidence usually breaks and where a schedule usually slips. The same equipment and the same procedures are used in Turkiye and in the Netherlands, which is why a report from Tuzla and a report from Rotterdam look identical.

Stock in both countries
Climate-controlled and organised to ISO 9001, holding extinguishers, agents, liferaft consumables, pyrotechnics, spares and IMPA stock in Turkiye and the Netherlands.
What travels to the ship
- Our own service vehicles, including mobile refilling units
- Certified water bags and calibrated dynamometers
- Service boat access in Istanbul, with local boat arrangements coordinated where required
- 24/7 coordination from the head office
